Описание

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manages an extremely active calendar of appointments; completing expense reports; composing and preparing correspondence that is sometimes confidential;
  • Controls and edits financial reports (using Excel);
  • Provides Head of the division with information, meeting summaries and/or supporting documents in preparation for scheduled appointments and meetings;
  • Provides support to the Head the division in monitoring current priority tasks of management team by weekly reporting project statuses, assists in general project management, monitors and keeps track main steps of projects, gathers data regarding projects, prepares reports for the Head of the division;
  • Researches, prioritizes, and follows up on incoming issues and concerns addressed to the Head of the division;
  • Organizes Management Team Meetings, participates as an adjunct member of the Management Team including assisting in scheduling meetings and attending all meetings;
  • Produces meeting summaries and maintains and tracks the Head of the division’s priority lists of tasks and other management team members and responsibilities;
  • Facilitates cross-department coordination of travel when it is necessary, takes part in cross-department coordination projects (for example annual cycle meeting preparation), maintains customer service-oriented work environment that supports meeting goals in the shortest time with high quality result;
  • Edits and completes first drafts for written communications to external stakeholders.

      Requirements:

      • Higher degree in Economics or Management;
      • Working experience in an administrative position 5+ years;
      • Fluent in English and Russian (verbal and written);
      • Advanced PC-user (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
